We offer a lifetime buyback policy for products sold in Worldwide 30 days after the date of purchase, which is subject to review by our Quality Assurance team. During review, the team will examine if the product is free from any kind of tampering, damage, alterations, re-sizing, etc., which, if the case product will not be accepted.

Our buyback scheme will offer the following fair value of the jewellery as below:

85% Value of the Current Product Pricing. (The advantage for you is exchange is on total value without deducting the Labour Charges) We will also deduct any discounts or offers provided at the time of the purchase.
